Microscopy

Customer rubber samples can be examined under the microscope for foreign material identification and carbon black dispersion. The examination uses a Leica S6D Stereo (40X mag) Microscope with digital image capture(5 mega pixel). The findings and image can be sent by email or CD to the customer

Where higher magnifications are required (up to 100x) the samples can be sent to Continental Carbon US R&D laboratory for dispersion analysis using a Dispergrader.
